Anyone who lives, works or studies in Cluj-Napoca and is at least 14 years old can create an account on www.bugetareparticipativa.ro and vote with it.

Any person who has created a personal account on the budgetparticipativa.ro platform can cast their vote in the Com'ON Cluj-Napoca participatory process. If a person does not yet have an account, they can create one during the voting period.

The person who has created or is going to create a personal account declares his/her relation to the municipality of Cluj-Napoca (live/study/work in Cluj-Napoca) when registering.

The personal data of each user will be managed by the Cluj-Napoca City Hall in accordance with the terms and conditions presented on the platform bugetareparticipativa.ro.

Anyone who declares that they live, study or work in Cluj-Napoca and are at least 14 years old will be able to vote for the ideas in this participatory process. The voting phase runs from 22 August to 18 September, at 12 noon.

The prize received through Com'ON Cluj-Napoca will be a maximum of 4,500 lei for an idea. The idea group can propose an idea with a maximum total budget of 9.000 lei.
PLEASE NOTE: If the idea has a budget higher than 4.500 lei, it is the responsibility of the idea group to provide matching funds above this limit. Co-financing is not compulsory for the proposal and implementation of the idea and participation in the programme.

You will be able to implement your idea between 19 September and 21 November.

All ideas were subject to a technical check that they were clear and concise in their description of the idea and met some basic conditions regarding ideas: see Rules 2023 here. All ideas that met these conditions (either through the original description or through additions received in the technical verification process) advanced to the public voting stage.

Each person is entitled to a maximum of 10 votes cast for 10 ideas. An idea cannot be voted on more than once by the same person. Once a vote has been cast, it cannot be withdrawn. We encourage you to use all your votes.

Voting runs from 22 August to 18 September 2023 at 12 noon.

Votes can be cast on www.comoncluj.ro, go to the SEE THE IDEAS section by entering an idea description and clicking on the VOTE button. Each person is entitled to a maximum of 10 votes cast for 10 ideas. An idea cannot be voted for more than once by the same person.

The platform will highlight the number of votes remaining and the fact that the idea has already been voted on by the user (if applicable).

PASSWORD RECOVERY: If you are already a user on bugetareparticipativa.ro but you have forgotten your password (it happens), you can ask for it to be retrieved at the e-mail address you used to register. Once you receive a recovery e-mail, you can update your password. In this case don't forget to re-enter your password and then come back to comoncluj.ro to cast your votes.

The votes cast can be seen under the description of each idea. The final list of results will be published on 19 September 2023 on this website.
